There are 11 people in the technical center of Xingjie Company, including 2 senior high-energy engineers. Now they are approving high-tech enterprises. Now they cooperate with Luoyang Bearing Research Institute to research the engineering technology of car wheel hub bearing unit, and can develop new products synchronously with the main engine factory.
Design and development capabilities
by adopting software including AutoCAD, Pro-E, limit elements analysis and Msc.Marc. So far it can keep same development steps with OEM and conduct various simulative stands tests.
Sealing performance: In the structure, comprehensive consideration of sealing performance, friction torque, select a reasonable combination of seals; in design, through the bearing seal simulation technology (CAE) for analysis.
According to the requirements of the OEM, the company can completely convert the bearing requirements, and design the first, second and third wheel bearing units of the automobile wheels according to the CAD/CAE means and the theoretical life check, and improve the product quality and reduce the test. The number of samples shortens the product development cycle and reduces product costs.
